Ekinox-A: Attitude and Heading Reference System

Ekinox-A is an ITAR Free Attitude & Heading Reference System (AHRS) or MRU (Motion Reference Unit).

It combines high end gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers, and runs an enhanced Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) to provide Roll, Pitch, Heading, and Heave.

    Ekinox-E: Externally Aided Inertial System

    Ekinox-E is an ITAR Free Inertial Navigation System which accepts aiding data from external equipment.

    It combines an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), runs an enhanced on-board Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) which fuses in real-time inertial data with aiding information for the best performance.

    Ekinox Development Kit

    The Ekinox Development Kit is a very quick and easy way to evaluate and use SBG Systems products. In just a few seconds you start testing, configuring and integrating your new devices. It has been designed to save you both time and money by speeding up evaluation and integration process.

    The Ekinox Development Kit is composed of a:

  • Robust and waterproof transport case
  • 3 meters RJ-45 Ethernet cable
  • 110/220 volts power supply
  • One or Two High Performance GNSS Antennas with a 3 meter cables (Ekinox-N / Ekinox D)
  • Quick start guide
  • USB Key containing documentations, libraries, code examples, and associated softwares (see below).

    Fast and Deep Configuration
    Integration is made easy through our intuitive embedded web interface where all parameters can be quickly displayed and deeply configured without any software installation. Throughout this interface, you simply choose your application (ex: automotive), your connected aiding equipment (ex: Novatel GPS), and your environment constraints (ex: Urban Canyon); your Ekinox is ready to unveil its full potential.

    Remote configuration over Ethernet
    Thanks to the remote access, you can configure and visualize in real-time all data at your desk or on the field. For example, if you want to readjust some parameters on 3 different Ekinox mounted on a vessel, stay in your cabin and access the web interface to do all the adjustements, every Ekinox will be configured.
